Senior Sales Manager (part-time, fully remote, m/f/d)

About us
We are a specialized boutique for offensive security with a two-digit team of experienced IT security experts. Our clients are IT security managers in small and large companies in Germany. Quality, in-depth expertise and long-term partnerships are our hallmarks.

Your role
You are the face of our sales team, responsible for establishing new customer contacts (Group focus) and making targeted appointments to present our service portfolio. In doing so, you focus on sustainable relationship management – especially with IT security managers in Germany. You will actively identify new contacts, introduce them to us and accompany them through to the conclusion of the contract.

You use e-mail, LinkedIn and telephone as your main channels – cold calling is not one of them. You present our services individually, convincingly and with a good feel for the needs of your contacts.

Occasional presence in the office in Hamburg or at 3-5 trade fairs per year is possible, but not a must.

Your profile

  • You have sound expert knowledge in the IT security environment or in technical B2B sales
  • You can communicate complex technical topics in an understandable and engaging way
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and with a lot of initiative
  • You communicate confidently in German (business fluent) and English
  • You want to work in an appreciative environment at eye level with customers and management
  • Residence in Germany
