Penetration tester training

24 months at 20h/week or 12 months at 40h/week. A fixed salary and a promise:

 

We train you as a pentester. As far as it goes – as far as we come. At the end, we offer you the chance of a permanent full-time position as a junior penetration tester.

Training

As an experienced consulting firm specializing in manual penetration testing, one thing has always been very clear to us: the training of new colleagues should meet the highest measures and, above all, ensure one thing: genuine competence, practical experience and an ethical approach.

Since 2021, we have been training our own penetration testers in-house (not as an apprenticeship and not in accordance with the requirements of the Vocational Training Act). Our trainees enjoy hands-on workshops and can work on real pentesting projects after a foreseeable period of time and according to their own learning progress and under the supervision of a senior consultant.

A personal mentor, individual support and a lot of practical experience.

We offer selected graduates a permanent full-time position in our company.

– Complete curriculum vitae including references and, if applicable, proof of certifications obtained

– Police clearance certificate (not older than six months due to work in a security-relevant area and, if applicable, support of KRITIS customers)

– auditable proof of academic achievement

– Voluntary: Proof of special interest in IT security (private projects, CTF/Hack the box, membership in associations, etc.)
